Taillight 3D printed using Addigy P1210.

Addigy® P1210

Eco-friendly PBT powder for laser sintering. Third-party proven production readiness.
Addigy® P1210 is the first-ever PBT powder commercially available for selective laser sintering (SLS). The material is the ideal solution for small series production via additive manufacturing in industrial applications requiring electrical insulation such as automotive electronics.

• Improved dimensional stability due to lower moisture uptake
• A well-known material that can be adopted quickly
• Recyclable, producing >60% less waste
• Excellent dielectric properties
• Extremely easy to print

Well-known PBT powder with dielectric properties

Addigy P1210 is the first material from powder bed fusion technology platform, offering customers in the industrial sectors additional options for small series production of end use parts.

This material is known for its exceptional features that make it an excellent choice for creating complex designs.

One of the key features of Addigy P1210 is its recyclability. Non-reusable material can be brought back to the powder bed process, reducing waste. It also has improved dimensional stability due to its lower moisture uptake, making it perfect for creating high-precision parts.

Developed for Ease of Use and Reusability

Addigy P1210 developed for a wide sinter window, the powder is extremely easy to print. This material is also environmentally friendly with a high reuse rate and is recyclable to the extent that the material can be brought back to the powder bed process.

As 3D printing evolves from prototyping to industrial manufacturing, customers need materials such as Addigy P1210 to meet their stringent demands. Its production readiness has been extensively proven by an independent global manufacturing leader.
