Learning Objectives:
James Dobson, Vice-President of Dobson Orthodontic Laboratory has been in the orthodontic manufacturing business for over 26 years. He started at the bench at Allesee Orthodontic Appliances as an aligner technician and later moved to the digital team. He then became the Digital Production Lead at Specialty Appliances where he learned the ins and outs of digital setups and 3D printing. Since then, James helped co-found Dobson Orthodontic Laboratory in Gainesville, GA where they have been operating since 2016.
