Origin® One 3D Printer Features & Benefits

Benefits

Flexible production of prototypes and end-use parts at injection-molding like quality, in many high-performance materials.

  • check Repeatedly print features as small as a hair or large cross section parts with the same exceptional accuracy, consistency and less support.
  • check Production flexibility - from prototyping to production on one platform - with short or long builds and fast swaps of high-performance materials.
  • check Achieve high throughput with fast time-to-part, high green strength, 5-15 minutes UV post-cure for most materials, low waste and high yield.
  • check Easy to operate with simple workflow, intuitive user interface, custom accessories, material swapping and calibration in less than 10 minutes.

Features

Using P3™ DLP technology, Origin® One prints the first part the same as the last, at the highest quality.

  • check Patented pneumatic mechanism reduces separation forces for better fine features, large cross-sectional areas and part quality.
  • check Independent temperature control up to 60°C repeatable, for printing the most high-temperature production materials without deformation
  • check Can print injection-molding-like quality at tolerances of up to +/- 50 µm (qualified applications), without needing finishing or processing.
  • check Configurable – Use Open AM™ license to monitor and control key parameters including temperature, exposure and speed. Or use predefined profiles.
