The International Manufacturing Technology Show

The International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS) in Chicago is the place where doers and dreamers connect. Starting  September 10, through September 15, 2018, North America's largest manufacturing show draws in buyers and sellers from over 100 different countries. “IMTS is the largest display and demonstration of global manufacturing technology in the Western Hemisphere and the largest gathering of the master minds that make it work.” At IMTS, attendees can try out new technologies, talk to different companies and find solutions to their manufacturing problems. Stratasys has been involved with this tradeshow in years past and is excited to make another appearance to showcase new technology and some of the cool things our partners are doing.

Scott Eliason, Director of Product Management & Marketing, will be speaking at the trade show on the topic, Optimising Manufacturing Operations with Additively Manufactured Tools and Manufacturing Aids. This is a great opportunity to learn about how FDM technology for high temperature mould tooling can significantly reduce lead times and cut costs. We will also be presenting our technology solutions on the show floor, in booth 431600. In the booth, our automotive industry solutions will be on full display.  We'll feature our partnership with Team Penske, an award winning racing team who uses 3D printed technology to re-imagine traditional elements of their cars. Additionally, we'll have some of our new Fortus 380mc machines on display, and we'll also have our friends from Stratasys Direct Manufacturing on hand in the booth to help answer all of your questions about which technology is best for your specific use case or business application. If you'd like to book a tour of our booth to get a first hand look at our technologies, or speak to one of our knowledgeable representatives, you can register here.
